If you've never seen the show Arrested Development, Scott's costume will probably make no sense to you. We were surprised by the number of people who actually got it though while we were out wandering Frenchman St. with all the other costumed New Orleanians. I only wish I would have thought to get a close-up picture of my makeup. We had a great evening though!
